Requirement:  Windows Computer Older 8 & 10.

Click Start Button And Scrolling for Find Notepad

Or

Click On Search Area Type " Notepad" 

Next Click to Start/Open Notepad 

Then Need To Be Add Some Of Following Code

Dim speaks, speechspeaks="Welcome to WebDuniya; I am ready for your order"Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")speech.Speak speaks

Copy Above Code Paste It To Your Notepad .

Next Save It to .vbs Format , With any Name... on Desktop.

Keep In Mind ??   

Before Saving Change Encoding Type 'Unicode' By Default Notepad Set it 'ANSI'

After  Doing This Process Now Need To Follow Important Step Carefully.

Now Open Your Startup Folder (you can find it user folder)

Next PASTE That .vbs File On Startup Folder Inside.

C:\Users>UserName>AppData>Roaming>Microsoft>Windows>Start Menu>Programs>Startup

For Windows XP: 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\StartMenu\Programs\Startup

Now Close Your Folder. Next Click On Reboot or Restart Your Computer. That's It.
